1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1 Technical Errors: If the job posting service is not delivered due to technical issues caused by Classifieds.vet.
1.2 Posting Errors: If your job post fails to go live as intended due to errors on our platform.
1.3 Duplicate Payments: If duplicate payments are made for the same job posting, a refund will be issued for the duplicate transaction.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:
2.1 Live Job Postings: Once a job post has been live for 24 hours or more, it will be considered fully delivered, and no refunds will be issued.
2.2 User Cancellations: If you cancel a job post after it has been submitted, approved, and published on the platform.
2.3 Policy Violations: If the job posting is removed due to violations of our Terms and Conditions, such as non-compliance with local laws, failure to disclose required details (e.g., salary), or posting inappropriate or fraudulent content.
2.4 Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided if you change your mind about using our services after submitting and approving a job posting.

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase. Include the following details in your request:

  • The job posting ID or transaction reference number.
